dude... these guys are gonna say that 250 a week isn't enough. dont beleive them. 250 a week is enough. i made the mistake of taking too much and if you take too much, your body wont accept it. stick with the 250.Quote:

yea keep some nolva on hand, and dont forget your clomid post cycle. what kind of enanthate are you taking? you can get good results from that low of dose, but its just better to take it twice a week, due to getting the best out of your roids, dont forget half lifes and stuff
Like the other bros said. If your lifting, eating and resting right, 250 is enough for a first cycle.
Also, alot of us take Nolva daily when on cycle, through pct. Ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Speaking of which, what is your pct plan?
350mg is a better dosage to take weekly. 250mg has the potential to not raise test levels enough, and in essence you're shutting yourself down more than anything.
You should have Nolva on hand NOW. Pct must involve Clomid too.
