These sides lead to the easy tearing of ligaments and connective tissue, especially in explosive movements (powerlifting and sprints, hurdles, etc). Bro, I read you are into running. I would NOT recommend Winni for this (for my above reasons!). Try what some of the other bros mentioned, which is Test Prop (little to no bloat and great strength).
Also, look into Halotestin (boxers use this). Halo is great for strength and has no bloat. Makes you a crazy mofo too (very aggressive).
