I just wana sort some things outi think our opinions will vary greatly here..
1) How affective is Drop setting e.g. Bies 27kg x 12 then instantly doing 14kg x 12 reps, and declining them all down like 23kg x 10 instatly doing 12kg x 10 reps on the ropes. It gives a HRD fukin pump and solid ripping affect but how is it for MASS BUILDING

? OR do u recc. just GO HEAVY!...
2) Is Test Prop supposed to hurt for 2 hrs after inject and training, coz i cant hack this shit every day and its only my first inject!!!
3) Anyone know the adress for that INJECTSPOT site again...??
