    B12 500mcg

    I have 10 amps of B12 500mcgs in each 1ml amp

    What is the dosage?

    I've heard a 1000mcgs a month, so 500mcgs every 2 weeks?

    And is it necessary to take with EQ ? Or take the B12 after the EQ runs out at week 10?
