Doing this right???

Im currently running 500mg Sustanon per week and am 1 week into the cycle.
Im running nolva 20mg per day to keep from getting gyno and to reduce water retention.
Once every 3 days i get an ache in my nips for about 2 mins when this happens i take another 20mg of nolva. Then return to 20mg per day the next day.

Does this sound like a good idea?

week 1 gyno?? That is'nt a terrible idea...Get some l-dex or other anti-e to run with the nolv.

I agree either get some l-dex, proviron........... or even femera if you know you are prone to gyno.

I would try running the nolva next time you see signs at 40mg for the week and then back off.

When will the sust have fully kicked in? Today is the 8th day into the cycle.

end of 2 - 3 weeks you should start to really feel it...... That is if you are running it EOD

Im running it Monday and Thursday. Iv already put on 4 lbs since 8 days ago! and it wont properly kick in for another 1-2weeks!! great stuff!! lol

Just a thought but if you have too much Nolva (or tamoxifen in my case) can you actually give yourself gyno?? The reason why i ask is cos i read that Nolva and tamox is a synthetic estrogen?

I doubt that would happen............... Nolva's job is to bind to the estrogen receptors sites to keep gyno from forming
