are these catabolics?
just got 2 questions
Does Ephedrin have a catabolic effect on muscles?
Does Clen have a catabolic effect on muscles?

The only way I see it being catabolic is if it suppresses your appetite enough to make you drop you calories so low that it put you in a catabolic state..... Otherwise no

has far as I know Clen and eca is anti-catabolic!!!

Ephedren can speed up the catabolic process if you are not takin in enough calories.

So would all agree that Clen is a better choice to keep from putting myself into a catabolic state?
Also which has a greater effect on heart rate and body heat increase between ephedrine and clen?

Neither will make you or keep you from becomming catabolic.
I would use both...... Clen 2 weeks and ECA the other 2 weeks for a total of 8 weeks.

Yes..they do...however they effect your overall system in a catabolic manner....not necessarily directed specifically at your muscle tissue. Sups that drive adrenaline, such as ephedra, caffine, etc...have a catabolic effect on your endocrine systen in general...

Just coming back to that comment about calories for a sec.
I am currently unemployed but i return to my job in February. So im able to eat like a madman at the moment, but when i go back to my job there isnt much time to eat so i was wondering...
Im hoping to weigh 175-180lbs (id say im a bit of a hard gainer)before i go back to work, so whats the minimum calories, protein and Carbs i would need each day in order to keep the muscle iv put on?

ECA is suspose to speed up your metablism by 2-3%. And clen speeds it up 10%. I remember reading this somewhere but I dont remember where and this info could be outdated.

but when im not doing PCT or a cycle what do you think i would need in protein, cals and carbs to maintain my muscle??
