    latman49 is back

    I've been out too long and now it is time to make a triumphant return. I have taken the last month to shed some of the bf I put on during my absence, and I am in the beginning stages of planning a cycle for late Dec/early Jan.

    I am having to do alot of study to catch up on what is new in the last year, so feel free to post or IM me with any new advancements or tips in the world of AS.
