smoking+juicing=?

ive smoked on and off for a few years now (cigarettes,that is). for my first cycle i did sust only for 10 wks and quit smoking for it because my friend who did sust only his first cycle said he smoked for the first few weeks and started getting bloody noses due to the elevated blood pressure. well, after i finished i started back up smoking about a month later, unfortunately. a few months after that i started my second cycle of dbol/sust/deca and actually smoked for the whole 10 wks (terrible, i know). my gains were still amazing as hell but i cant help but wonder if i limited my gains because of smoking. could i have made more progress if i had quit first? i still smoke now and am about to start my third cycle next month of anadrol/test enanthe/EQ. i know i should quit before for obvious reasons, but if i didn't, would it really make a difference? any feedback is appreciated. thanx. a-cuts.

smoking + juicing = Gross

Smoking limits your body's ability to absorb nutrients from the food you intake, other than that i can't think of any bad side effects that i know of other than decreased lung capacity- making you more winded thruout your workout. Maybe somebody else here can fill in the rest for you.

yeah, i know its gross. my girls been trying to get me to quit for a long ass time.

I quit for over 5 years now. Best thing i ever did for myself. You should give it a go man. I feel so much better not smoking.

I know a couple guys that smoke and Juice....no problems from what I can see, but smoking does supress your appetite....that would slow down gains I would think while on AAS....not enough food...not enough growth....

If your serious enough about your lifting/fitness to juice - then you should really quit the smokes.

You will feel heaps better, be able to train harder and longer, and quiting smoking is probably the single best thing you can do for your body.

so does this account for all tobacco products, such as "chew"?

I have smoked and juiced more than once. Nicotine does cut off oxygen to your blood therefor limiting growth. Plus when I am not smoking I eat a HELL of a lot more.

I just quit chewing a few months back after about 10 years of chewing a tin or more a day

besides the appetite issue, smoking also has been linked to increasing estrogen levels

dont no if its true but a lot of ppl have sed that sum compounds can cause the person to feel like he/she wants to smoke...DaRkOmEn

I Smoked 20-30cigs a day when i started using steroids.
But i stopped last year and i have not noticed any diffrence.
