? about urine drug test

Ihave a urine drug test in the morning. im worried about otc supplements reading as a false positive. Please let me know anything you know about this.

2- animal paks per day

centrum vitamin
zma
also which of these should i not take in the morning before my test

Contact cold medicine, benedril and similar type anti-histimines can make false positives for marijuana, creatine tends to cover up marijuana and some other drugs (fool the piss test). Thats all I can add.

what are you getting tested for, opiates, THC, what?

It all depends what your getting tested for. If it is for a job I would have to say AS is at the bottom of their list. There looking primarily for rec drugs. But it depends, the more they test for the more $ it costs them and I have found out the majority of companies are cheap skates.

if you are getting tested for a job, don't even sweat it. ?unless you are specifically getting tested for steroids, it will not come up as anything at all. I have been juiced to the gills for every single drug test I have ever taken with no problems.
