Test Fat
How many pounds of fat do you think is contributed from taking 500mg of Test/wk for 10 weeks...is the fat caused by an increased calorie intake or both?

Test doesn't make you fat................ It's the food that you eat and when you eat them that makes you fat.......... and yes if your take in more calories than you can burn they have to turn into something...... fat

Mudman, can u send me those bulk diets also? i want to go on a bulking cycle, but im afraid of adding too much bf, thats why i was interested in the winni and eq. it would be a great help if u could hook me up with sum good diets so i can gain muscle but not alot of bf. rite now im 6' 195lbs around 13-15%bf. or do u think i could take care of the fat issue by taking a cutting cycle later on?

To build muscle, you generally have to have a caloric surplus.

EXCESS calories we are talking about.......... if they are excess then they will be stored as fat for energy for a later use.

Are you saying that if you maintain weight at 2500 calories a day, it's not necessary to exceed that in order to gain muscle?

You see the 2 posts of the diets I use............
Maintence calories will keep you at that weight
Exceed maintence you will either put fat, muscle or both
Go below maintence shed bf, could or will lose muscle, or both.

it sounded like you said that calories above maintence can only be metabolized into fat.

I eat every 2hrs I start the day with a tablespoon of pb go to the gym have a pro shake 4 eggs 2pcs toast. The rest of the day I have only low glycemic carbs like veggies. Eating this way has changed everything for me. I keep fat off I am never craving junk and make great gains.
