My diet is as follows
I have figured my cals from my bm weight which is 183 (210 @ 12.8%) so anyway 3662 cal per day. 2grams of protien per lb 1.5 grams of low glycemic carbs per lb ( except 2hrs after training all carbs high in simple sugars like oj with whey or something). Still working on getting the rest of my diet locked in. I am looking to hit 215-220 @ 6-8%. Any suggestions please let me know.
