I got my order in today after a very long week!!!

3 10ml vials of BD cyp 200mgs/ml
anti-e's, etc.

Gonna run a 12wk cycle at 400mgs/wk, makes dosing easier! I decided not to stack with D-bol as i'm not looking for immediate mass. I liked the gradual and steady gains i saw with my last cycle at only 250/wk of sust for 10wks. I think for my 3rd go around i'll throw in test and fina.

I'm gonna get about 5000cals on this diet all clean low fat foods. I'll eat about 250-300g of protein a day. Trying to avoid overloading on shakes.

Any of you guys that wanna send me your diets, i'd appreciate it. I got a couple i can use, but you can never have to much info. Pumpseeker hooked me up with his diet and its pretty solid. Except all those damn egg whites that give the farts something fierce!

Anyone ever been in a dutch oven!?

Oh, yeah i'll be keeping a log of my cycle and posting pics (no not more pics of my girl).

Any feedback would be great!

ok, well i'll inject all the first clomid so i'm loaded up before my cycle, that should be ok right? Can i mix the nolva and the clomid in the same pin too?
