I used to do this for ancillary drugs so I think you will be alright even if it comes from central america or somewhere out of the country. Most of those pharmacies have a waiver you have to e-sign saying its for personal use and no longer than a 3 months supply. I also checked to see if the nolva was on the customs or post office red flag list as a controled substance and I don't think it was so that is why I wasn't afraid to order.
