4000 a problem
i always take 5000 but 4000 I can do with feling good but 5000 I take and feel like throwing up all day.
I shove it in there the pasta,egges,rist, all the ****
I get angry when I dont get eneough in my stomac in a day. To the point that I smashing things at home when i'm full and can't eat any-more. You all know the guilty feeling.
But one the other hand I give real great farts when I take 5000 a day and that means a good digestion system. (Love the smell too but my girl doesn't)
