    Saf Flower oil

I have some Saf Flower oil I was going to use in my homebrew. The ingredients are High Oleic Safflower oil. Is this good and safe to use in test homebrew? Thanks for the help. Ive never even heard of saf flower oil.

I had a buddy that used it to convert some fina. I don't know about test, or how sanitary it is. He's on his second fina cycle without any problems though. Yet.
