200mg test cyp / week
i am 302 and 6ft. i have about 20-25% bodyfat (guess)
i am on 80% prot., 10% carb, 10% fat diet
train 6 days /wk muscle groups hit 2x / wk
no cardio yet
this is my first cycle in over 10 years. i need some feedback on this stack, is it too mild or too much? will this give me a cutting effect? how long on each of the gear?
