i would say 8 hours is about the average for each person...
you dont need to sleep any longer b/c you catabolic by that time and you need to get up and eat....and less and youll probly be tired, depending on what kind of "day" you put in

I have read in Text books that 7-8 hours is the optimal nights rest for average people. I also have read that if your getting less than the 7-8, or more than 7-8, your mortality rate decreases. That is no news if your not getting enough sleep, as its obviously not healthy, but sleeping too much can also have adverse effects on your body.

My body likes 9 hours of sleep with an hour nap during the day.....but being in college I get about 6 at most during the night then I have to take a long ass nap. If I remember right Jay Cutler said his body needs about 13 hours. Wish I had time for that.

I sleep for six hours, if i sleep for longer i feel very lethargic the next day.
If you feel o.k after 6-7 hours sleep then that is probably an adequate amount for you.

sleep is very important because that is when you do most of your repairing of muscle tissue. the best amount varies between different people but the best growth i get is when i sleep as much as i can!

no, I think everyone saw that, but that fact remains that he's already started, and probably knows its not a great idea to be on gear at his age. However he was asking for advice on how to complete his cycle in as healthy a manner as possible. He probably wasn't looking to be told as was stated later,' hey kid put down the needle'. peace.

even though my post should be something like "18 blah blah needle down blah blah" Ill try to stay on topic. 8 hours is about average for each person. I personally need more. I feel I need about 9-10 hours of sleep a night. varies from person to person.

He turned into a fucking monster by the time he got to 18 though. I think he probably started the AAS at around 16.

My observation through life has been, the older you get the less sleep you need. When I was 18yrs old I could sleep all day....as I progressed into my 20's and 30"s I saw sleep as a less demand...just my .02.
