Question On Winny Help Me Please

IF winnyt has a half life of 9 hours then would it not be better NOT to take it on days when I am not training. Wouldn't that just be a waist/??

and waht about taking 25 mg a day?

I think then it would be better to shoot winny up the ass an hour before training wouldn't that be better (check out my big brains)

i inject a couple of hours before i train , and i dont inject at all on the days i dont train.(give my ass a break!) although i wouldnt go more than a day without injecting. i never take more than one day off at a time.

you need 50mgs everytime you inject IMO.
