No flame but on the basis of the information you have provided how can anyone help or even attempt to help cure you

Are you on a cycle right now, drinking plenty of water, taking any supplements, had past problems etc?

    Peace

hi jason.....quinine sulfate 325mg per day has been used in the medical community for leg cramps for as long as i can remember.....seems to work well for most people.....if you get cramps alot, you may need to check your electrolytes or cut back on the clenbuterol use(it causes cramps also).....

thanks for that i asked many people but no one seemed to know that, usually add more water and try to intake potassium in whatever way, i beleive excess ephedrine or ephedra causes stomach cramps not sure if that relates to internally or as in muscle cos when i abs fuck me sometimes i get in some pain I am on a cutting diet and cycle right now have never had the pains in the abs before

hey guys thanks!!! Iron, i'm on sust/deca /cyto... I've recently upped cu=yto to 75mcgs over the last few days... but even before that my joints have been really dry and they hurt like a mutha fu&&^%... shoulders, patella, low back, now only one calve...

water is way up there, i'll say 2 and maybe even 3 gallons a day, really!!! 32 oz upon waking and 32 at work(personal trainer)...

i never stop drinking and pissing... when i go to bed i down 32 more oz.a again, and i keep some by the bed for when i wake up... and protien drink sometime during the night...

the last few nights i tried melatonin to sleep but it keeps me up...

i did by some cal/mag mineral drink and swigged down a few srvs tonight and will continue to saturate the system... my guess was the minerals going down too low with cardio...

jason....you need a rx to get quinine sulfate...never seen it on the "market"........i e-mailed a GI specialist i work with and he ask if you ever tried viburnum opulus (also know as cramp bark at gnc).....cramp bark is an herb the relaxes smooth muscles and is used alot for pregnant women who are having cramps.......worth a try.....at least it is from the health food store, so it will not hurt you.....hope this helps......

I believe I have the answer to your question. I experienced problems with severe cramps for years and only soplved the problem a couple of weeks ago by asking a lot of people a lot of questions. The problem occurs becuse of dehydration, so make sure you are taking in a lot of water during your workout. Even if you are, it is possible that your body is not retaining the water. This is caused from an electrolite imbalance created by over training (something I don't view as bad).

So, in addition to drinking lots of water, supplement with potassium, calcium, magnesium, and salt (the salt you probably already have in your diet). I was suplementing all the above except for the calcium and magnesium. I got pills from GNC that have both and take 750-1000 mg/day. They went away for me at 1,000 mgs, so I started reducing my intake, at 750 they began to come back. If I forget to take it even for 1 day, the cramps return, but when I do they go away. Its a direct cause effect relationship.

Someone also menthioned quinine (found in tonic water). Doctors have trated cramps with that for years. I tried it and it had no effect for me, but the medical community must know something, right?

yep, the problem is more than likely arising because of the cytomel (t3). Increase water intake, supplement with potassium, calcium and a good strong multi vitamin mineral. And I havent heard of quinine sulfate but it may be something to look in to.

    allright

Guy's thanks for the repies!!! It was cramps most likely from the cytomel ... however, sust has dried me up in the past and had terrible cramps...

legs today were no fun... 315 hacks 5 sets of 6...

my back hurts now because of the compensation of the calve...

i just took one for the team... the calve feels better now, so that is a plus...

does anyone know another way of hydrating the body other that water??? I'm seroiusly drinking way too much...
