cycle help

i have put togeter this cycle what u lot think??

wk 1-4, anadrol 50, 50mg/ed
wk 1 - 12 testoviron , 500/ew
wk 1 - 12 nolvadex , 20mg/ed
wk 1 - 12 proviron 50mg/ed

do u think i should add sust at 500mg/ew for 12 weeks also? or eq at 600/ew

I would add the eq but adding the sust is not necessary but it wouldn't hurt as well. Looks good IMO!

I Would Run It Like This,
Weeks 1-14 Test 500/ew
Weeks 1-12 Eq 400/ew
Pct 2 Weeks After Last Test Shot
Nolva And Prov All The Way Thorough. D

am 5'11, about 200lbs. just come back from holiday and lost over 20lbs.

about 12%bf

done 3 cycles, wont be starting this cycle for another month at least.

my diet is not great but am working on this alot for this cycle and hopefully will continue to get beter and maintain the diet.

i also have some clen , do u reconmend to add that in towards the end of the cycle?

I agree with mammoth..... EQ will makes this a great cycle:

wk 1 - 4 anadrol 50, 50mg/ed
wk 1 - 13 testoviron , 500/ew
wk 1 - 12 EQ 500mg wk
wk 1 - 15 nolvadex , 10mg/ed
wk 1 - 15 proviron 50mg/ed

PCT starts 3 weeks after last EQ injection

Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva
Day 2 - 11 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva
Day 12 - 21 50mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva

I always use clen durring PCT............. to keep my energy levels high. Use clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks ECA and start the clen out at 40mcg and work up to 120mcg. Run Clen/ECA no longer than 8 weeks.
