is that perscribed or ca u purchase over the counter??
that would be a major break-through in cosmetic medicine, and in being so, would be all over the news. so i doubt it is true bro.
i could be wrong though.
retin-A will just burn the shit out of your skin....
i've herd talk of ppl saying skin colored tatoos are the best route
retin-A needs a scrip. it does burn you if you tan or hang around without a shirt on during the better part of the day. usually, after you use it for 2 weeks straight, the area gets a little blistered. once this happens, it's best to let it heal up and not apply anymore till it heals. your marks should be lighter if not barely noticeable. then repeat. how do i know, well i have a s***load of it prescribed for the misses, so i get to use it...a lot!
oh yeah, if you get it, use sunblock!
i appreciate the help fellas
the best treatment is to go to dermatologist that does high energy pulse laser treatments. and have them taken care of.....if you get the md to word it right, your insurance company will cover it....
didn't finish...hit the button by mistake...
i had stretch marks on my upper outer chest, right near the underarm....im sure you guys have them also.....my dermatologist used the laser .and you can barely see where the marks were.....when i get in the tanning bed, the area is not noticable at all.....
What was the cost of that little op Viper?
My training partner has a s@@t load of them on his arms and chest.
Stretch are caused by your body growing to quick for the skin you can not cure it you can only try and provent it. I use vit E cream rubbed over my body its ment to give it more elasticity...
mallet....it cost me $75....the is my co-pay for intra-office/ out-patient treatments.....i went to the dermatologist and told him the stretch marks were causing me pain, and they get really sore when my cloths rub on them in the summer......true the marks were 6 inches long. and as wide as your thumb, and a nice shade of red. but it didn't really give me any trouble except mental...it took 2 treatments to clear them up for the most part...
i figure by the time you go and try all the snake oil, and spend alot of money for something that only makes your skin greasy...why not spend the money on something that is guaranteed to work.....
Thanks Viper!![]()
