    is it ok for a girl to take clenbuteral. Are the side effects worse for a girl.

    its fine bro. you may have to adjust the dosages to her tolerance, but it works the same on both men and women.

    My gf used it and was dissapointed, she though it should help more, some people just don't understand it will not work if you don't keep a strict diet and do some cardio 4-5 times/week....
