    girls and ephidrine?

    Is there any reason why girls cant take ephedrine?

    Unless she's pregnant............. I see why not............ also if she already has high blood preasure I think it wouldn't be safe but I would feel the same for a man as well.

    Its perfectly safe for the average person. You might reconsider if you are more than a little overweight, have high BP, or a family history of heart problems. Make sure you are well hydrated.
