therapy question

Whats up guys,
i've been outta the loop for a while. I'm gonna take a mini cycle of Deca and Winny. I'm gonna take 40 to 50 mg's/day of Nolvadex and Proviron but when is the best time to start it. I think i should start on the day of my last shot of Deca but i'm not sure. Also, how long should i take it for, at least. thanks

the vets here will all tell you you need test in every cycle. after a lot of searching i believe they are right. from what i have read the nolvadex want help much with deca . do some searches there is a lot of stuff on this

i've gotten huge results from taking winny alone, i would have to say that taking test along with my cycle is not necessary, for me personally, i'm just looking to pack on 10 lean lbs and i think i can achieve that with this small stack. I just want my question answered, with all due respect, no opinions please, just an answer thanks a lot guys, i apreaciate it.

I would run like this:
(test really should be in this cycle for optimum results)

(1-10 test 500mg a week)

1-10 deca 400mg a week
7-13 winny at 50mg ed
+ your anti e's
clomid 1 day after winny shot 300/100/50
