nolva or l-dex

running d-bol @ 35mg ed and test @ 500 ew should i run nolva
@ 20mg ed or l-dex @ .25 mg ed through out cycle?

I'd run the liquidex throughout for water bloat and save the nolva for just in case you start to get gyno or any lumps in your nipples. do you have clomid for pct?

im runnig the same cycle except ive bumped my d-bol to 40mg ed...

im running .5mg of L-dex, and 10mg of nolva ed, its keepig the bloat and water away very well...im actually hardening up some???

I would run both if i were you, but if i hadto choose one id go with dex

Agreed.............. run both. L-dex keeps test from coverting to estrogen and nolva blocks the estrogen receptor. All bases covered

As CS and MM stated, both is optimal. Don't worry about igf supression with that small a dose of Nolva. Also, with Nolvas ER binding affinity, you get a mimicking of blood and liver estrogen which aids in providing a healthy heart environment
