It is possible to overtrain regardless..diet is just another part of the big picture.
its easy to over-train period. just keep ur sets under 12

Are you talking about 12 reps? I don't believe over training has anything to do with reps per set. It's more to do with rest and giving the muscle enough time to fully recover. And no matter if you are on AAS or not, it is easy to over train. You just have to understand your body, feed it well and give it the proper amount of rest.Originally Posted by gundam675
