    Penetrate the muscle

    of often is it possible to shot in the same muscle? does it depends on the long ester etc?

    ie, can i shot the same quad 2 times a week?

    Yes you can....Just make sure you always site rotate every week. (different quads,etc)

    you can, as in it is possible, but you should rotate. Scar tissue will build up and injecting will become harder and possibly more painful. www.spotinjections.com tells you everywhere you can inject.
