No the half life on clen is short. If you dont take it before working out in the morning, you wont feel it. I used to take mine in the morning then do my cardio.
is it better to take it before cardio in the morning (on a empty stomach) or should you wait till you are done with cardio? or does it matter?
Take it before cardio,reduce the dose to one tab/day if you felt palpitations during or after working out,then increase by 1/2 a tab every otherday,make sure not to take any anihistamenics along (eg. claritine,telfast or zyrtec)nor antiacid medications (h2 blokers like zantac)........................................... .........
The half life of clen is 12 hours sir,so kindly check your info.
Well 12 hours is considered short to me...anyways take it before working out. I saw better results this way.

however in medicine is considered an intermediate acting formula (and thats the basis of the 2 on 2 off thing)

the first diet i ever did i took hydroxycut 4X a day and clen/caffein 3X a day and 6 grams of yohimbe
i tingled all over--all the time--but dieted down till you could see my lymphnodes in only about 10 weeks
if you cant handle one clen---then you shouldnt
leave it alone
