pain in the butt

Ok folks this one is a little personal but since yuo don't know me personally I guess you wont be laughing at me in the gym.
about a month ago I went real heavy on squats and presses(heavy for me) and it seems I upset some past Hemroids. Now I'm two weeks into a pretty good cycle and I am scared to go heavy on squats ar presses. I have always had problems with hemroids but this time they burnt like hell and passed a little blood.
The pain is pretty much gone but the blood is here and there. Surgery is out for now or at least until after new years. I have always been proud of my legs. I'm one of the few people that have good genetics in my legs so thats where i try to stand out.

If anyone has had this problem please let me know if I should go ahead and try less weight on squats and presses or skip those all together.

Legs are very important to me but so is my ass and for the record it has always been exit only(not to offend anyone).

i injured my back doing heavy squats and i couldnt work them out for 3 months. my legs shrunk. then i used pre-exhaust training on a leg extension. it allowed to too reach failure with lighter squats. now my legs are back and bigger thab before. just go heavy on leg extensions and pre-exhuast them. then u wont be able to lift as heavy as u did before on squats. also, i would look into rest-pause training

great idea. I have read a lot on pre-exhaust but did not even think about that.

I only bump this because today is leg day.gundam idea is great but also want to know if anyone has had this problem and still work legs without bad effects.

flys then presses
bis
concentration curls then curls
tris
extnesion then puishdowns
lats
underrgirp rows then pulldowns to the front
midback
tbar rows then pulldowns to the back
chest
incline cable cross overs then incline press
standing cable corss overs then flat press
quads
leg ext then squats
hams
curls then stiff legged deadlifts

try .. even when ur not injured

pre-exhaust wins. I'm going to the gym in an hour so we will see.

P.S. now i feel like a dumb ass thinking everyone that did squats heavy had to have this problem once in there life.

going extremely heavy for 4-6 reps is the only way my legs will grow. Leg extensions suck and are one of the worst exercises you can do
