Ronnie the MONSTER!
I just purchased the Ronnie Coleman video "unbeleivable"
Holy S##t! , What an absolute Monster!
200lb dumbells on the flat bench for an easy 12 reps! Not to mention he did 8 reps on the incline!
Deadlifted 805 for 2 reps, bent over rows with 495 for 12 reps,
T-bar rows with 12 plates(540lbs)
Front squats with 585lbs, hack squats with 7 plates a side!
Man oh Man oh Man!
All this was done 5 weeks away from the "o"
His body weight was 285lbs, but he said his strength was still the same as when he was 315 in the off season?
Do know any other Olympians dead or alive that could do any of that, even in the off season, never mind 5 weeks out!
And still putting in an 8hr day at the station during this video?

OH YA!~
I forgot about Kovac's, he's rumoured to have benched 675lbs on the incline smith machine for 5-6 reps?
But I hear Muscle Mag has dropped ther contract with him?

I bet Ruhl can throw up nasty weight, although i hate kovacs sorry excuse for a pro BB...he is one damn strong motherfucker...he's a straight beast.
Cormier can't hang with Ronnie, theyve lifted before together, and ronnie made chris look like a little school girl.
But hey, who the hell am i? no one.

Yeah, but his most impressive lift is...
Lifting those heavy ass intestines and liver when he gets out of bed every morning. That is some impressive shit.

I would have to agree with "hatchblack" this dudes organs are so huge its impressive to see him move that around. As far as those weights thats awesome but, i would take Lavrones built or Dexter jacksons over Coleman any day.

Fux,Ruhl, Coleman and Covacs are a bunch of bloated oiled filled freaks. Sorry but thats how it is. I used to admire Ronnies built but this Olimpia he looked bad compared to what he was, At the "Arnold Classic" and Last years Mr.O he looked hard, Vascular and ripped. Jay Cutler emberassed him onstage. Bodybuilding is not powerlifting!!. Arnolds tape was the best one ever. "Pumpin Iron" Arnold never used that kind of weight and look at his built and his bodybuilding accomplishments.
