hi guys this question is for the guys that have done dbol (russian) only cycles. How strong have you gotten off of doing a dbol only cycle(s), like i mean did you get 10% stonger etc.. for example if you were benching 100lbs did you start benching 110lbs. i only ask this because iv heard of claims of ppl getting 50% stronger, i guess this would be for novices, perhaps? Also how much weight did you guys gains from the cycle?
