Why have i stopped??
Im midway through week 4 on a sust 500mg per week cycle.
In the first 2 weeks i put 4 lbs on overall. But for a week and a half now i havent increased at all. I can see a difference in size but the weight isnt going up!!
Im 23
260g protein per day
over 4000 cals per day
i weight 161lbs and about 10-12%
my workout:
Mon: Chest abs
Wed: Back
Fri: Shoulders
Sun: Legs
Mon: bis and tris
I cant be overtraining cos im really careful about that.
Do you think there isnt enough protein?
Or is it cos the sust hasnt kicked in yet??
Please help!

Sat at home watching TV and eating protein every 3 hrs.

Sust usually takes 5+ weeks to kick in for me. Other than that, try and slowly increase your proteing intake by reducing the time between meals. Go from every 3 hours to every 2 hours and 45 minutes and get to eating every 2 hours by reducing the time by 15 minutes every day or 2. This alone will increase your protein and calorie intake. Don't do it too fast because you will just **** out the extra food. You may have a fast metabolism and your body may have just adjusted to the current intake. Good luck.

Im going to get up early tommorrow and get into a routine of getting up earlier so iv got more time for eating throughout the day. Im going to try and throw in a couple of chicken fillet (40g protein each) to make sure im getting enough.
The last day or so iv felt more aggressive so maybe its kicking in just about now?
Still cant understand why i put 4 lbs on and then stopped?!

Dave, I dont like your workout schedule. First, your abs can and should be trained more than 1x a week. I do them every other day. Also, according to your monday thru monday schedule, you are not hitting each body part once a week, every week. Try this:
Mon Chest / Bi's
Tues Legs
Weds Off
Thursday Shoulder/ Tris
Friday Back/ forearms (I also do Bis again)
Weekend Eat and rest
