difrent strokes for difrent folks bro...
personally i break em up for quicker absortion,and hopefully less time spent in the liver.this isnt proven but it makes me feel better

wow bro, do you have anything at all to back that up? thats an interesting theory, imho. i know you stated it just makes you feel better about it, but i would be interested to know if you read or heard that somewhere along the line.

I let them dissolve under my tongue for similar reasons as stated above. I don't wanna chew 'em cause I'm afraid that it'll get caught in my teeth and then when I spit I'll lose a lot of the tab. I'm an obsessive compulsive so shut up.

Just swallow tabs unless they are I P brand then chew all the manufacturers tablets.
