    Whole or skimmed?

I posted this in the supplements forum but im not getting any replies.
My mass gainer says to mix with whole milk rather than with skimmed. Why is this?
Surely its better with skimmed milk...less fat??

why do u care ? if u are using a mass gainer u wanna gain weight right ? well fat gives u vgood calories. i would use whole unless u use insulin and are worried about fat.

doesnt matter. if ur bulking, i would go with whole. for the extra cals.
