I used to take protein and creatine together and recently started my 1st cycle of sostenon 250. I am in wk1 and was wondering if I should continue to take the creatine?? I still take the protein though.

Quick ?.....why would u use creatine if you are takin AS....sus should be all the juice that u need...save the Cell-Tech for after u are done with your cycle.Quote:

Save the cash dude. I feel like creatine is a ripoff anyway for how much it costs and what little you get from it. Besides, with you on sust creatine will not be making or breaking how you look.
i would still stick to the basics and carry on the creatine its not a rip off for the price in my opinion cuz its dirt cheap and very effective for wat it is jmo!
