Im nearing the end of week 4 of my sust 500mg/week cycle and since wednesday iv felt increasingly more run down and have lost a lot of my appetite and have felt sick a lot too, i think its improving now though. But i was thinking that this might be because the sust is kicking in properly as its supposed to fully kick in anytime soon??

How long will this last do you think? iv had it about 4 days now and i about 1 meal and 1 protein shake missing from my diet at the mo cos i cant bring myself to eat cos it makes me feel sick.
I even woke up this morning and felt so run down and demotivated that i considered stopping the cycle!! im not going to though. :lift:
If its just the sust flu then will things get back to normal and i can eat and train all out again??

You'll be fine,I had test flu,lasted 4 days and I gradually felt better,it's just your system getting used to the anabolics.all will be well,just stick to your cycle,your early in,so no harm,no foul.Quote:
