    protein breakdown while on cycle

    how mush can our system can digest protein in 1 meal while we r on roids??

    It all depends. While "On", I aim for atleast 50g of protein per meal, the only time I'll have more is post-workout. Post workout I usually aim to take in between 75-100g.

    I usually use the 50g rule but after a hard workout i will take down 75g.

    i heard your body can break down and absorb only about 60grams of protein every 2-3 hours depending on your weight and body fat
