wk 1-5 50 dbol
wk 1 -15 500 sust
wk 1-10 400 deca

would it be advisable to trough in some tren and if so at what point?

I don't think it would be advisable to use tren and deca in the same cycle. Although I'm sure it has been done before, both compounds have a tendency to convert to progesterone, and doubling them up in a cycle could lead to a case of progesterone gyno. Though rare with only one compound, running both in the same cycle could increase your chances of this type of gyno. I wouldn't risk it. I also would not recommend tren for a first, or even second, cycle. Not knowing your cycle history, I would have to say skip it this time.

thanks moto, I will save it for the third cycle. I hear a lot of good thing about the tren . is there a sample cycle i could check out where tren is involved?

Here's a example of one I will be running in May

1 - 15 Prop 100mg
1 - 12 EQ 500mg
1 - 12 Fina 75mg ED
6 - 15 Anavar 40mg ED
1 - 15 L-dex .5 ED

For you first time would limit fina to 8 weeks

Yeah, switch out the deca for eq and then you can run tren . I prefer eq anway due to less water retention and the vascularity one gets from it.
