Do not post sources, if you post a source you will be banned. This is your warning.

If you have questions about a source, contact a mod. Do not post it on the board saying, "Is ********* a good source?" Don't do that. PM a mod and they can help you. Do not PM me about sources, I do not know any.

Anabolic Review has a no flaming policy. Everyone is on here to learn and we all start off somewhere. So if someone asks a stupid question, help them as much as you can, and if you only want to insult them.....don't bother replying.

Use the button. It is your best friend. You can read about just about anything and odds are, someone has already asked that question that you think might be stupid.
