Need help with cutting cycle

Hi guys!


I'm coming off my 1st cycle now,
a bulking cycle of 500mg test enathe ew 1-10
and dbol 30mg ed week 1-4

I'm gonna start clomid and nolva on next Monday.
I seem to react easy on steroids since I gained a good 35 lbs from this cycle.
Weight is now about 216 lbs (5 10" tall)

I now feel pretty bloated up and have gained a bit fat ,-3% increase or something. I'm about 15%bf now and I'm not really comfortable with it.

I gonna relax until my test production is normal again and then start a cutting cycle of 8 weeks or something to get down to 10-8% bf perhaps.

What would you recommand. I don't need any fancy cycle. I was thinking of doing tren, clen and prop, but maybe that would be too much ? and what about winny?


what do you think, could someone post some sample cycles for newbies?
Also, say I run this cycle in about two months. Could I start slowing down on the carbs and do some cardio now or should I wait until I start the cutting cycle?

1 - 12 EQ 400MG
5 - 12 Fina 75mg ED
1 - 15 L-dex .25 ED
3 days after last Prop injection start PCT
Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva
Day 2 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva
Day 31 - 37 20mg Nolva

Isn't that a little heavy for a second cycle?
No need for eca or clen?

No..... why would it be..... but if it is then either cut out the EQ or the Fina......... You asked and I gave you what I thought will give best results.

I would only introduce one new compound at a time.

I would cut either the EQ or the Fina. Personally, I'd keep the tren, run it 10 and the Prop 12. PCT just as MM has it

but what about fat burners `?! such as clen or eca. I don't need that ?

is it ok to inject prop EOD?


Also should I eat less than I consume or keep it at maintance, when cutting while on a cycle ?

Yes you can inject Prop EOD just double the dose

Clen/ECA works great...... I would add them to a cutting cycle...... I also use them durring PCT.

you wouldn't call this a cutting cycle? more a lean mass cycle ?

I looking to drop around 5-7% bf.
