well at AllSport nutrition,.. you can find products with the same exact things inside and for cheaper even,..... for example that had 120 caps,... for approx $26.00 toal of 60 servings because each serving is 2 tabs,... well (Jason) AllSport has stacker 2 for sale at like $20.00 its a 100 tab bottle , but each serving is only 1 tabs so you would get 40 more servings for about $6.00 less.....

oh a few more things real quick,... this question really shoulda been asked in the suplement room not the steroid room ,.. but the other thing is i just checked and Allsport Nutrition has the exact same thing as you posted about for cheaper if you were really wanting that one over the stacker line.. heres a link to it....

Yea, it is real. It is one of the first ECAs I ever tried. The patent has to do with the fact that is the ECA (Effedrine/Caffiene/Asprin) with Asprin in it. All others have the natural equivelent to Asprin in them. I now prefer Dymetadrine Extreme by AST as my ECA stack.
