    it is 21 degrees outside....

    and with every window wide open I am still sweating buckets - and that is on 400mgs of DNP and only my second day - thas why this crystal is so strong

    btdr - you also have the shortness of breath problems when you go up in dose? always feels like I am breathing more shallow when I am on DNP - cant remember if it was like that on the regular stuff, since that was a couple of years ago

    Yes, the higher i went the harder i had breathing. By the time i hit a gram, id take a couple stairs and id feel like i just ran a marathon. How high are you planning on going?

    I probably wont kick it above 600mgs, I have to get a lot of things done in the next 2 weeks and it is hard enough now

    hell no! more likely near a gram if I remember correctly - for one thng there is about a 3 day lag for reg DNP to catch up to you as far as the full dose - and I rememebr runnig a gram ED of DNP - which admittedly was hideously un fun but I have never been able to go over 600mgs of crystal

    Crap - that was no fun at all - just woke up 2x in the last 1.5 hours to puke dry heaves - had to crap the first time and all of a sudden had to puke, dranks omse water and then 1 hour later woke up and had to do it again - I highly recommend eating something before bed if you are taking a capsule - just made a huge PB sandwich and my stomach feels muuuuuuch better! - I am taking GBL so I can sleep so maybe that has something to do with it but it never was a problem before when I was using 1.4 butenadiol. I feel better now - back to bed

    I'm coming back in full force with 1200mg for my next cycle, i may try and make crystal though. Good luck cyc... DNP on an empty stomach is no fun at all, i remember waking up puking everywhere from it.

    crap - after last night I am feeling the dreaded DNP flu - gotta lay off today and hope I can adjust - maybe one of those caps was overdosed a bit - tho guru was always good about that

    i puked on my last DNP cycle at 800mgs...i got up in the middle of the night and was heaving everywhere. drank some water and felt better. for my 12 days on i lost 10lbs. i have some crystal coming but im not sure if it will be here by then. i just hate idea of capping this stuff. but whatever. a couple of pills is better than four. im gearing up for my next run on the stuff about december 15. 7-10 days at 800mgs. unless i can get my crystal by then and have it capped. but anyways, good luck on the rest of your cycle and be careful.

    What is DNP. If it has such bad sides why even take the ****? Puking, racing heart, sweating, flu, etc. Sounds like a fun time to try and get big.

    Losing 1lb per day or better of bodyfat is the reason... Got some crystal myself a few months back that I plan on running in another month or two...

    Not looking forward to the nasty sides to be honest, plus I'm gonna have to sleep in the other bedroom with the windows open for the 10-14 days I'm on,
    so I don't freeze the **** outta my girl...
