i received it today, so far i think it is great. good ideas for topics, not done yet though. i'll get back to ya about any thoughts.

updating all the drug profiles is a great idea, along with everything else that is changing. i think its a real positive step for us and this board as a whole.

Mug's, J, who evers idea it was? Nice one. I got it and I loved it. IG's article is a great idea is that a monthly thing:D. I thought it was fine the way it was. I have a couple of ideas though just for pure entertainment. An occasional poem from Ranger and maybe one of are creative artist type member could do an Anabolic comic strip. Maybe, maybe not :unsure:

I recieved it and I think its great..I only hope the updates that it talks about are almost done...I would hate for it to be like one of those movie trailers that come out 6months too early and makes you wait!!!
