How long should I take Nolvadex as an Anti-E?

I am planning on doing a test and Eq cycle and was wondering how long I should take Nolvadex as my anti-e? I want to take it during the cycle to prevent any chances of gyno! I was going to take it at 10mg everyday up to the clomid post cycle therapy. Should I bump this up to 20mg? Is the length too long or too short?

10mg ed should be fine, and will keep the bloat down as well. If you have any symptoms come up, bump the dose up to about 60mg until it's gone then continue with the 10mg until the end of PCT.
