    Deca Bloat

    Don't have it yet, but am currently doing 400 mg / week.

    I know everyone is different, but if I do begin to get the bloat, other than diet, are there other things to do to manage it?

    What about anything that makes you sweat (cardio, dry / wet sauna, etc.), does that help?

    This is going to be hard for you to come to terms with, but deca by its self is probably the best way to get flamed like a mofo on here. It will cause erectile dysfunction in most people over time. You have a lot to learn. p.s. try to ignore all the trash talk, its in your best interest.

    running it with test - test bloat you can deal with (Anastrozole). Deca I am not so sure about - lots of conflicting info.

    what's your point about lot to learn? Don't we all? That is the reason I am here...

    Good point bro...but he's addressing the fact that if you use Deca on its own you can get " deca dick" and much problems bro...NOW this will not happen to everyone...it is all individual...You really shouldnt hold too much water with deca unless you're eating crap...

    understood on the Deca dick - also running HCG ...

    appreciate your feedback Bigmax.

    only question i had was around the bloat associated with Deca. I understand everyone is different and there is not guarantee I will or will not get it (in week 7 of a 13 week cycle).

    just curious if anyone had suggestions / tips on dealing with it if I, or anyone else did get it.

    Oh, ok well thats reasonable then. Best to include everything when asking for a question. As for the deca, I havent really heard of anyone using something other than the standards for deca.
