I have a really bad cold/flu and today i have to give myself my shot. . .. im on 500mg sust wk one shot sat next shot tues and 50mg winny eod. . today i have to give myself both shots. . .so my question is should i give myself the shots today or hold out till im better bc im not sure if im going to be healty enough to lift till the end of next wk. . .. thanks bros
