Hey guys. I just want to make it clear that I have no desire to run DNP, as my body fat is already pretty low, around 8%.. but i was wondering how low is safe to go? Are there people that use DNP to help them get down to 4% for a competition?

i dont think a person could only stay at 3-4% BF for more than a week.
i could be wrong though?
Pro swimmer Tom Dolan was at 4% bf year round.. but i meant basically just to cut down for a show.. something like cut naturally to like 7%, then take dnp for a week starting 10 days out.. then cut water and use diuretics.. It'd be hell on the body, but could you safely use DNP to cut down that low for a show? You'd have a hell of a leg up if you could get down to 3-4% without water.. **** your lats would be striated.
