i read all I could find on clen...good stuff.
had one question. In the handbook its says not to take it too close to a workout. What about when i wake in the morning to go do my low intensity cardio? is it ok to take before that??
also, if you take about 4-8 tabs a day...(depending on what day you are on in the cycle), how do you guys space them out? like one ever 2 hours or something since you shouldn't take past 4pm?
