Hi, i'm starting a 10 week d-bol & test cycle this weekend and i was wondering if i drink enough protein shakes and somthing like n large if i still needed to eat as much?
Or can i get all i need from the shakes plus a couple of small meals?

meals are the best bro... also some stats would be helpful like age, weight, height, training experience, etc
also, stuff like n-large is full of hi GI carbs meaning it will spike your insulin levels unnecessarily and cause you to gain more fat that you would if you ate a normal meal.
25 6'2 187lbs been working out for a couple of years. The problem is i don't have time to cook that much. And to get 4000 clas a day is a huge hassle. I know some shakes have low carbs so i'll try one of those.
cook a bunch of meals and freeze them when you do have the time
yeah... cook in bulk. Youll be gald you did. MAny people dont have the time to cook meals but they find a way. Do your cooking on the weekend if you need to and freeze it all.
