Why not run the prop two and a half weeks after the last shot of deca? Then they are both ending on close to the same day, so start PCT 4 days after prop. That would make it a total of 3 weeks after last deca shot. That way PCT would be better becuase the crash of deca is not as bad or not even there. Any thoughts on this? I am asking to see if there is a way to make getting off of deca easier.

With active life times, I would suggest running the prop 5wks past the deca. You'd have to run it 3wks past to match up the active life, and as DAN said, running test so that the Deca is tapered out a couple wks before hand is best for recovery

Prop has an active life of 4.5 days while Deca is about 18. The deca will just be leaving your system if you run the prop 3wks past. 5wks past will have the Deca tapered out for 2wks before the prop is.

So to keep more gains, run the prop 5 weeks after the deca? I dont have enough prop to do this. I always read to just run deca a week less than the test. then I thought about the active life... and thats why I asked what I did

Whilst there is no scientific studies/theories to confrim it, some report PCT is easier when dropping off the 19-Nor (Deca, Tren) a few weeks proir to beginning PCT. 5 weeks would be about right IMHO.Quote:

Yes recovery is far easier if you run the test past the deca, noramlly id use 2-5 weeks which works great for me.
